"Mâche is a restaurant driven by passion. It is evident by watching the open kitchen operate and by witnessing the choreographed teamwork of the wait staff attending to every detail. We ate here in December and were blown away by the explosions of taste in creative dish after dish, the flawless presentation, and the wonderful wine pairings. It is a fantastic restaurant and worth the splurge!"

The open kitchen behind glass adds a sense of calm precision as you watch the chefs work. We went for the basic tasting menu, which was enjoyable, though I think we could have easily handled the longer one. The sommelier helped us choose a bottle that was genuinely interesting and paired nicely with the food. Every course was creative and well presented, with a clear gastronomic touch. Although most dishes were too much toward sourness, which started to feel repetitive, but overall it was a thoughtful and enjoyable dining experience."
